David A. Flatley, President and Chief Technology Officer, founded PXL Designs, LLC in the summer of 2006 as a natural outgrowth of his freelance consulting business in the New York City Metropolitan area. He has provided RIA (Rich Internet Applications) development services, to a large selection of clients in a variety of industries over the past 8 years. Working as a consultant for such notable clients as Fidelity, Fleer, Redmond Software, DRS Technologies, Merrill Lynch and Selective Insurance has allowed him to acquire a comprehensive background in a variety of industries.
