Who we are? Community of professional psychologists, sociologists, social educators and educologists. What do we do? We explore and change psychological climate, enable people speak to each other, let them experience and learn from it, guide them in becoming better experts of themselves and relations at work. We work for those daring and free to create in business, education or social field. How do we work? We inquire the experience: invite participants to look back on how they work, cooperate, frustrate, enjoy or feel bored together. We share our view: feelings, impressions, reactions that arise together with participants. We discuss together.
