Mirror Image Leadership Academy (MILA) is a 3-year leadership development experience and summer academy for incoming 7th, 8th, and 9th graders, primarily targeting, but not limited to, African-American males. MILA focuses on shifting the mindset of young black men so that they are empowered to see their own God-given leadership potential. Our vision is to positively impact the trajectory of black families for generations to come.
