Four Point Property Management is based out of Folsom but covers the tri county area, Sacramento, Placer & El Dorado. We manage residential homes for our owners and we have a small licensed, insured and bonded construction company that makes repairs to the rentals and can respond immediately to emergencies. Tenants and Owners can access the on line accounting system to see all of the transactions that have taken place for their property as well as see all invoicing and lease documents which can be printed from the site if desired. A Multitude of reports are available for the owners and/or their accountants.
