The mission of Carolina Human Reinvestment (CHR) is to facilitate a healing environment of growth, empowerment, and unlimited potential for at-risk youth and families. CHR currently implements three programs in pursuit of this mission: I. Teen Health Program (implemented in collaboration with the South Carolina Campaign to Prevent Teenage Pregnancy) II. Amachi Mentoring Initiative III. TASC (Teen After School Center) Carolina Human Reinvestment, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit formed to serve in Georgetown, Horry, and Williamsburg Counties in South Carolina. The organization began as a “grass roots effort" in 1992.
