At Juvenate, we believe that helping others is helping yourself--this means that we ultimately aim to create a win-win-win situation where our clients, our consultants, and society at large benefit. First, our clients benefit by having skilled people with strong analytical minds to deliver value for their organization, whether it is conducting market research, proposal writing, or helping on organizing a marketing campaign. Second, our consultants benefit by having the opportunity to work with client organizations and equip themselves with crucial business skills. Skills like leadership, communication and creativity are highly sought after in the world of work, and there is no better way to develop them through hands-on experience. Third, society at large benefits through the increased impact of NGO clients that we serve, but also through having the skills and talents of our youth channeled to serving a greater cause. We develop the skills of our consultants through hands-on training--after a training session with one of our executive members, new joiners will be put on either consulting projects with clients or conduct market research for Juvenate. High-performing members are promoted through each term/ project cycle.
