Grown as a textile merchant, the founder, Giuseppe Scarpellini and Tina, his wife, evolved into the fashion business focusing on blue jeans garments when it still was far from being a worldwide trend. In the eighties, with about 7.000 units a day, our company exported 95% of its blue jeans production, completely ‘Made in Italy’, all over Europe, first of all to Germany and Holland. It was the time of perfection of the private label business, which today is one of the pillars of our activity. With the creation of our own brands in the 1980s, we started our experience within the retail business studying deeply the needs of the fashion shop owners.
