The Naval Enlisted Reserve Association, NERA, is the only military and veterans organization representing just the ENLISTED RESERVIST members of the Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard. We include retirees, Full-Time Support (FTS), drilling reservists and others joining as associate members supporting our enlisted sea service reservists. For more than 50 years, NERA has been quietly working behind the scenes for many of the benefits and pay gains reservists enjoy today.
