HS Ad began in 1962 when the Advertising Office of Lak-Hui Chemical Industrial Corp. was established. In 1984, it became the foundation of LG Ad, a full-service ad agency of the LG Group. In 2008, in response to extreme changes in consumer behavior and the advertising environment, the company renamed itself HS Ad, standing for Hybrid Solution, and opened a new era in advertising.
