Wellington Management Group was formed in 2015 with a clear vision to take up the challenge and the opportunity to redevelop some of the city’s vacant and underutilised commercial buildings and offices, and give them new life as commercial spaces or residential accommodation in the world’s coolest little capital city. Our projects are focused on creating additional short and long-stay accommodation in and around the central city. Our expertise and activities include property development, project investment, property management and sales. We currently manage a portfolio with a capital investment in excess of over $100 million. Wellington Management Group is involved in the development of new and converted commercial spaces into apartment, traveller and hotel accommodation. We also offer opportunities for those looking to invest in our development projects and the Wellington market. Once complete, as owners we also actively manage, market and then sell our properties and their business operations as part of our ongoing portfolio and tenancy management.
