RAEM CAPITAL is a private wealth portfolio manager for real estate acquisitions. We concentrate on identifying, negotiating, due diligence, financing, purchasing and management, if necessary, of individual properties. We also do the initial property inspection for our clients saving them the travel time in the early phases of the acquisition process . We are buy brokers working directly for high net worth investors to bring them properties they can purchase for their personal portfolio. We work in an advisory capacity to help our clients obtain properties that will work within their mandated portfolio, i.e. trophy properties, NYC properties, STNL or shopping centers, etc. The client establishes a mandate that we work to fill. Our typical primary acquisitions are properties in the $3-$15mm range, commercial only (no residential), throughout the United States. We work and develop relationships with brokers, REITs, developers and family offices, as well as investors throughout the country, to bring off market properties to our clients. Typically, leveraged cash returns run in excess of 10% with reasonable risk parameters.
