OUR HISTORY: Right Academy is a long-awaited dream of Dr. Chandra Babu, a clinical research professional who has been working with the pharma industry, numerous clinical research organizations & ITES industries for 20+ years. He has been a part of academia along with moving up the corporate ladder by contributing as a professor for various educational institutions. Being a part of the corporate industry & having interviewed over 17,000 candidates for his organizations, he found that even though the students were intelligent, they lacked the skill set for employability. This turned out to be a major challenge both for the students & companies looking to hire them. With this challenge at hand, Dr. Chandra decided to find a way which would benefit both the students & the companies. He came up with a plan to train these students & prepare them to be employed in the industry. The first conscious effort was made in 2008 in association with Smt. CHM College, Ulhasnagar (affiliated with Mumbai University) where an Advanced Diploma Course in clinical research was offered. More than 200 students took this course over a two year period, most of whom were absorbed in the industry, while a few others chose their own path. Next, Dr. Chandra planned to start an institution which would provide similar courses in various parts of the Clinical Research domain. The best minds in the industry were involved & a team was set up along with the head office and other offices in six geographies of the world. Right Academy was finally started. We are heavily involved in global business across multiple industries to ensure students receive the highest form of education based on best-in-the-industry strategies. Furthering this mission to our students, we also collaboratively consult with multi-million dollar businesses across the world via MassChallenge, the US headquartered offspring of strategy consultants of the prestigious US global consulting firm Bain & Company, that consults to new, small, medium, and multi-million dollar businesses across the world. MassChallenge also has offices in Boston, Israel, Mexico, Switzerland, Texas, and UK.
