Family owned since 2001. In 2009 we added our third facility. The Thomas Sinclair location has a staffed office and approximately 270 units. The Sam Bass location has 65 units and the Wagon Trail location has 64 units. All are non climate controlled and sizes start at 5x5. There are also some parking spaces available at the Thomas Sinclair location. We are members of the Texas Self Storage Association and want to be your self storage facility.
