Our value add is substantial and reflected in our current projects and historical track record. In 2011 we starting acquiring multi-family properties in Florida and never looked back. Today we’ve moved the majority of our portfolio to Southern California, and specifically in San Diego. We own and/or manage over 100 units in San Diego. We focus in the San Diego market due to our close connections and off market expertise.
