Vineyards Management Group specializes in “heavy lift”, value-add communities that are often suffering from poor management, low occupancy and under-utilized land use. Treehouse Communities focuses on the niche markets of 4-5 Star and 55+ communities. With this expertise, Roots is able to consider the acquisition of any available properties. Our mission is to revitalize dilapidated communities across the United States to provide affordable, safe and clean housing to American families by acquiring, investing in and operating manufactured housing communities.
