The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda provides a number of housing programs and services including Housing Choice Vouchers, Project-Based Vouchers, specialized housing assistance, Family Self-Sufficiency, resident services and the management of our own properties. Our primary goal is to provide quality, affordable, and safe housing in the City of Alameda. We work with other units of government, non-profits and private landlords. We also partner with a variety of agencies to provide housing and support services to as many eligible individuals, families, seniors, and persons with disabilities as possible.
