Serving the Southwest Georgia community since 1979, Albany Area Primary Health Care (AAPHC) is a non-profit community health center with offices in Baker, Calhoun, Dooly, Dougherty, Lee, Thomas and Terrell Counties.. AAPHC provides care in the specialties of Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Podiatry, Behavioral Health, Vision Care, as well as General Dentistry. AAPHC, as a community health center, is committed to our goal to offer a broad range of primary care services to our patients regardless of residence, income or insurance coverage.
