As one brings awareness to and integrates the wounded parts of the self, an alignment with meaningful purpose can be uncovered. I use an integrative approach founded on humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, neuro-linguistic programming, and body-centered therapeutic models. I have had additional training for providing counseling for trauma, addiction, grief and loss, and couples issues.
