Versura Shiksha Services Private Limited (VSSPL) is promoted by experienced finance and education professionals with several years of experience in their respective domains and having a ring side view of the dynamics of supporting growth and promotion of educational enterprises/infrastructure. Harmonising these skills and supported by extensive proprietary study of the sector, Versura (Latin for loans, rotating, turnaround) Shiksha (Sanskrit for Education ) was established in late 2016 and began its commercial operations in January 2017 with the objective of becoming a NBFC (Non-Banking Finance Company), duly licensed and supervised by the Reserve Bank of India.
