The company which was founded by Hasan Öncüoglu in 1964 is directed by Enis Öncüoglu with his partners Önder Kaya, Cem Altınöz , Engin Öncüoglu. The company has 50 years of experience in architectural design and planning. In the past decades, Öncüoglu’s main specialization area is developed in design of mixed-use, retail, office, residential, tourism and hospitality projects which many of them received international awards: Best Retail Destination of the Year and Mall of the Year with Kentpark Shopping Center at Retail City; Best Mixed-use Center with Mersin Marina at ArkiParc 2012; Best Mixed-use Project with Metropolis Office&Retail Center at CRE 2009; Best Retail Project with Cepa Shopping Center at Cityscape 2009; Best Hotel with The Ritz Carlton Moscow Hotel at CRE 2007; Best Shopping Center in St. Petersburg with Udelny Park and Regions June at CRE 2006 and 2007.
