Within 2 years I was the youngest manager within the organisation and running a team of 10. At 22 I left employment and established my first business. Since then I have run and owned multiple complex businesses around the world. 2. I have guided companies through multiple financial crises over the last 20 years. Starting with Sept 11, through the Asian Crisis, the DotCom collapse, The Iraq War, The Global Financial Crisis, the EU Sovereign Debt Crisis and Covid19. You learn a thing or two from a crisis. 3. Within private equity I built and sold multiple businesses in various countries. Many of my exits were well into the 7 figure sums. I understand the preparation for sale and what’s needed to conclude the deal. 4. I am a leading light in terms of negotiation techniques. I incorporate 25 years experience in business and finance with my institutive and well honed psychology and mindfulness practices. When you can operate with clarity of mind, focus and clear intent — success is the likely outcome. 5. I have sat on the boards of multiple companies in a non-exec capacity including UK Government entities. 6. I trained with Yamabushi monks in the most extreme conditions. Meditated within ancient Zen Buddhist temples.
