Founded in 2015, Ryan Steenrod and Missy Bunch answered the question: "How can I feel better at work?" Movement IQ was founded to move the sedentary world. A holistic, movement-based approach to eliminate pain, move better and feel amazing. Having spent a combined 20 years teaching functional neurology, movement and strength training, Missy and Ryan created Movement IQ to reach and teach those that want and need to perform at a higher level. Through in-house corporate trainings and our step-by-step program, Movement IQ was created to re-educate movement, eliminate chronic pain and build resilience so you can thrive physically and mentally.
