Optica Software was founded in 1994 to support the Optica software package for optical design and simulations in Mathematica. Today, Optica Software products are used by thousands of scientists across the world at business and academic institutions such as: L Livermore, Los Alamos, NASA, Sandia, JPL, Oxford, and Cambridge. Optica Software is now a division of Barnhart Optical Research LLC and co-offers its distribution through Wolfram Research and various international resellers.
