Aaron and his business Partner Alban Remy, founded ‘Grind Groomers’. Workplace barbering services, offered to large companies with lots of employee’s in one building, (generally multi floor offices in London). Companies would offer their employee’s a “work perk” by paying either a set figure or percentage towards the service being requested by the employee. Nothing was compromised, the full barbershop experience was brought into the building, including washing hair, through to a professionally groomed finish. Barbers would earn approximately 60% of the service carried out, a percentage almost unheard of in any barber shop or salon. Grind Groomers is the hub, connecting barbers to a vast amount of clients in various buildings all over London. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 this model is currently on hold with most employee’s working from home at present. But operations shall resume when possible.
