Although moving Diversity Forward while focusing DEI on compliance and the bottom line has created some impact, it does not offer long-term solutions towards goals of equity, inclusion, and belonging. Today's organizations cannot focus on diversity without it encompassing equity, inclusion, and belonging. Diversity Forward partners with startups and scale-ups as they embark on their journey toward becoming a more equitable and inclusive workplace. We begin by interviewing leaders to understand their goals, develop and administer the cultural needs assessment and roadmap, and then assist in bringing on a DEI practitioner internally to carry out the strategy. It's NOT the pipeline.
