To date, the firm has provided funding to over 250 property development projects throughout Australia. Centaur is now investing through its fourth fund which held a final close in July 2022 with commitments of $286m. Centaur's current investors include industry superannuation funds as well as family office and high net worth investors. Centaur is also able to facilitate co-investment opportunities alongside fund investments and will launch it fifth fund in late 2023.
