Founded in 2017 by New York City Alternative Dispute Resolution leaders. The ADR Inclusion Network's mission is to promote diversity and inclusion in alternative dispute resolution. The ADR Inclusion Network works to: (1) Increase the use, visibility, and availability of diverse neutrals, (2) Promote growth of prospective diverse neutrals, and (3) Serve as a resource on inclusion and diversity in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
