AmazingBrainz is a non-profit company focussed on maximising school readiness & learning capacity in southern Africa through broad-reaching and tailor-made solutions. We have developed learning programmes for children aged 3 months to 5 years that are based on the latest understanding of developmental cognitive neuroscience. Programmes are designed according to the Howard Gardner theory of multiple intelligences; linguistic, musical, logical-mathematical, bodily-kinaesthetic, visual-spatial, intra-personal and inter-personal. A multi-disciplinary team of experts in various early childhood development fields refines these programmes continuously. At the same time, learning programmes are very easy to understand and practical to implement, even in very under-resourced settings. We also provide training and mentoring for educators in pre-schools and informal playgroups, helping them to realise the impact they have in the lives of children in their care, as well as the toolkits they need to implement AmazingBrainz programmes.
