Visual Ops provides consulting services around the science of operational planning. Based on military style planning and execution Visual Ops uses a process called Visual MOST. By breaking down emotion, team, time and value we are able to create visual plans which utilize the MOST (Mission, Objectives, Strategies, Tactics) frame work. We are developing our SaaS platform for public and private use.
