Cascade Manor is Eugene’s only accredited continuing care retirement community, also known as a life plan community. We offer older adults the following levels of care and support: independent living, residential (assisted) living, memory care, skilled nursing care, in-home care, and a variety of health and wellness programs. We are a resident-centered, not-for-profit organization managed by Pacific Retirement Services.
