Homefirst delivers solutions to eliminate homelessness in Union County, NJ. At our Family Support Center, we create and implement services to prevent homelessness. Intensive coordination of services is given to families during housing pre-placement and after placement. We employ a caring and personal approach which includes, fulfilling and coordinating emergency needs like food, medicine, or mental health counseling. Programs/services are also open to the mentally and physically disabled.
