(GWP) is the only national African-American owned railroad construction contractor in the U.S. Certified DBE/MBE/SBE in 40 separate jurisdictions, GWP specializes in all elements of heavy and light, railroad and transit track construction, rehabilitation, maintenance and repair. Our management team has established excellent reputations in rail, having 350 years of experience in the railroad and construction industries, as well as having strong backgrounds in business, law, project management, finance and administration.
