Their top quality artisan pates, rillettes, hams and bacon are made from the meat of free ranging animals raised on their Farm or locally sourced and are available at some of the most prestigious outlets in Cornwall. Developed by husband and wife team Richard and Fionagh Harding at their farm just outside Bude in North Cornwall, in their first year both products they entered to the Good Taste Awards notched up gold stars from the Guild of Fine Foods and their range has attracted the attention of local Delicatessens, Farm Shops and Restaurants. Work on product development is progressing apace and exciting products are being added to their range on a regular basis . The next milestones are the opening of a Farm Deli at Norton Barton and, later in the year, the addition of fermented sausages (eg Salami and Chorizo) made from Cornish Lops specifically reared for the purpose. Our building for our new processing unit and courses is going up fast and the conversion of a beautiful old granary into a function room with commercial kitchen is well underway so keep an eye on the blog to find out our latest news and additions to our product lines.
