Nuwax Records is a record company based in San Francisco set up to showcase and promote forward thinking musical talent. The label pushes the limits of house music with concentration in minimalism, techno and progressive. Playdoughboy and Andrew Shatnyy met in San Francisco in early 2009 and this was the moment a brand new collaboration was born. After a year of hard work together the next step had to be taken and the result is Nuwax Records. At first, it was thought of as an output for their own work but as the word about the project got out more and more artists wanted to join the roster. There you have it. Nuwax starts off with almost a dozen artists under its wing ranging in styles and located all over the globe.
