Welcome to the Vancouver Island Coaches Association (ICF-VI), the vibrant local chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF), serving Victoria, the Gulf Islands and Vancouver Island. The core purpose of ICF-VI is to develop, support and promote business and personal coaches and coaching on Vancouver Island/Gulf Islands by providing networking opportunities, providing professional development opportunities as well as educating the business and general public about the benefits of coaching.
