Sometimes angels are ordinary people who help you believe in miracles! Pocket Angel has a clear aim and reason for being – we want to help those experiencing homelessness, rough sleepers, and the socially disadvantaged.  We want to do this by harnessing digital platforms to be a conduit between those in need, the public, and the established “bricks and mortar” charity and support organisations. Pocket Angel CIC is a non-profit organisation that is reliant on volunteering, donations and fundraising to cover our running costs, and corporate support to provide donations, pro bono expertise, and advice. How it works: You can download the Pocket Angel Assist app or register on our website at www.pocketangelhome.co.uk to start gifting our vouchers to people who are experiencing homelessness or poverty in the Brighton area of the UK. We plan to roll out to more areas and more countries as we grow the organisation. Currently, we are offering vouchers for food, beverages, clothing and fruit & veg packs. We are working on expanding our range of products and services – watch this space.  Each voucher purchased gives an individual experiencing homelessness a safe and free choice of where and how to spend their voucher amount at any of our friendly service providers. These service providers are local businesses who partner with us to accept our vouchers in exchange for their products and financial reimbursement.
