The New York City Cannabis Industry Association (NYCCIA.org) and the Hudson Valley Cannabis Industry Association (HVCIA.org) worked to help shape the Marijuana Regulation & Tax Act (MRTA) and are now working to help shape the rules and regulations, the nuts and bolts of how the law will be implemented. We invite our members to participate in the "heavy lifting" our committees are doing to get that marketplace right while insuring high standards for health and public safety. We are a unified voice for community oriented best practices that will insure a responsible adult use cannabis program that works for growers, home growers, distributors, and retailers, as well as for the communities in which those businesses operate.
