Our embedded recruiting model blends the strongest qualities of RPO, Agency, and ‘In-house’ talent acquisition at a fraction of the cost. Although founded in 2010, since 2020 we have flipped traditional recruiting on it’s head by offering the passive candidate quality expected in contingency recruitment with the consistent volume expected in a retainer agreement with our embedded recruiting service! For 10 years we offered traditional contingency recruiting. It was great, really great. However, we are always looking for a better way to provide our service. We no longer felt it was fair for half of our clients to be paying for all of our recruiting efforts. If an agency has 10 clients, 5 hiring every month and 5 hiring 1 or 2 per year, they all get the same effort, right? So, in a strategy meeting in 2019, the idea of ‘non performing’ clients was brought up once again. The short story is that we would devise a way to stop recruiting ‘for free’ for non performing clients and that that would allow us to offer one, reduced fee to performing clients. No to mention offer a better candidate experience. So, the Talent Leverage Embedded model was born. We recruit simultaneously for all of your operational positions, which we define as all jobs with a base salary of 169,900, or less, annually for one simple fee.
