Grant Christianson is the Founder and President of Meta-Biz. A graduate of the University of North Dakota with a Bachelors of Accountancy degree, Grant has over 20 years of experience as a financial professional. During this time, Grant has worked in a wide variety of situations, from starting, building and ultimately selling his own small business to leadership roles in organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 corporations. He has built Finance organizations from the ground up, implemented new financial reporting systems and processes, and helped lead organizations through rapid growth from startup to mid-size and larger businesses. Grant has worked with sales teams to help drive business growth, operations teams to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and profitability, and as part of senior management teams providing overall strategic guidance and leadership to the organization as a whole. Grant's approach has always been to be a business leader and partner first; looking at the role of Finance in terms of how to support the continued growth and development of the organization. This desire to be a true business partner and help organizations drive impactful results is at the core of Meta-Biz.
