Throughout his career, Cliff was placed in situations where the requirements for development were incomplete, incorrect, or completely missing. Cliff is passionate about providing an economic alternative to small- to medium-sized businesses looking to save money on their next website or other information technology project. He specializes in requirements, including documentation, use cases, software requirements specifications, group brainstorming facilitation, change management, and feature prioritization.
