Our mission is to provide coaches, educators, teachers and schools with the materials, tools and support for quality education. Our tools are developed with two principles in mind: effective learning and efficient preparation. We are developing an online tool that combines a simple search engine with tags, an extensive and weekly updated database of activities, registers to keep track of student attendance and progress, an online chat support for teachers and a future management system. The activities on Resource Education are all designed with core educational principles. We know that challenges drive learners to better themselves, that Deliberate Practice (by Anders Ericsson) is key to developing language automatisms and reflexes, that soft skills or communication skills are developed through expert coaching, and that the coach, educator or teacher is the vector for more effective and efficient learning. Our future developments include materials to English for specific purposes, and a teacher assistant that provides the teacher with recommendations of future activities based on student progress and results. Resource Education is the future to education management and the ideal assistant to any language coach, educator, teacher or school.
