First Task was founded in 2014 when Ronnie, at the time a Site Manager, recognized a gap in the market to provide a level of temporary labour service in construction that truly matched the needs of site managers and contractors. Ronnie was joined over the next eighteen months by Neil and Mark and together they operate as the senior management team of this rapidly growing business. The senior team have in depth experience across the industries they service; between, them their backgrounds include running sites, managing contractors, facilitating job boards, training workers and developing site health and safety policies. The team can genuinely place themselves in the shoes of their customers and provide adaptability and flexibility to deliver to our client’s needs better than their competitors. After initial success in the construction industry, the same values and operating model has been key in expanding. Geographically, the business has serviced contracts throughout Scotland, England and Wales. Day to day they combine to lead a team of resourcers, manage site contacts and client relationships to coordinate the placement of skilled workers across the UK.
