JSC “Kaliningrad Region Development Corporation” – organization for the construction of industrial parks, engineering centers and monitoring of large investment projects. The Corporation works with investor in "one stop shop" principle and provides a personal manager for important projects. The Corporation's main goals are to realize state investment and industrial policy in Kaliningrad region, to attract investments in the region's economy and to create the environment for innovations development in the region. The Kaliningrad Region Development Corporation was established as a joint stock company pursuant to Kaliningrad Region Government's Decision № 285 of 23 April 2012. 100% of the Corporation's equity is owned by the Government of the Kaliningrad Region.
