Vida Healthcare was established in 2010 with the aim of transforming the care available to older and younger people living with dementia in the Yorkshire area. We set out to challenge perceptions and practices in dementia care, with an emphasis on providing specially designed environments and alternative therapies, to reduce anxiety and improve well-being. Our homes have been designed to support people, no matter where they may be on their journey with dementia. Each home is divided into individual ‘houses’ which offer differing levels of care and support, from residential through to nursing. About Our Homes: Vida Hall is a 70 bed home in Starbeck, offering residential, nursing, day and respite care for older people living with dementia - aged 65 and over. Rated 'Outstanding' by the CQC. Vida Grange is a 124 bed home in Pannal, offering residential and nursing care, as well as day and respite care to older and younger people aged under 65 living with dementia. Vida Court is a brand new 100 bed home located close to Harrogate town’s RHS Harlow Carr Gardens.
