Long Island Optometry Care, PLLC welcomes the opportunity to extend his services to your facility. In particular, over the last several years Dr. Ludwig has been servicing more than two dozen skilled nursing/assisted living facilities in New York State providing quality care to patients of all backgrounds. Dr. Ludwig will certainly make a valuable addition to any interdisciplinary team. Dr. Ludwig completed his Bachelors in Biology at Stony Brook University and his Doctorate in Optometry at New England College of Optometry. He is TPA certified and the primary eye care practitioner for a number of skilled nursing/assisted living facilities. Not only does he service physical facilities, but he also performs in-home visits to patients who often struggle to obtain routine vision care. In practicing mobile optometry, he has been providing comprehensive visual evaluations and co-management of ocular diseases for the individuals under his care.
