The Tri@Work program can do that for your company. At no cost we will evaluate the physical demands of each position and create detailed job descriptions. By doing this when you send us a new hire candidate, we have them perform the actual physical requirement for that position thus giving you the option of a pass/fail. We work hard to get employees back to work following an injury. Our program allows us to assess the injured worker to find a productive modified duty job. This keeps the employee from having to be off work and prevent most lost time injuries. Each company we work with will have a specific modified duty program based on the physical demands required by each job.
