One of the things that I am most passionate about is to partner with various organisations to develop impactful strategies that are culturally aligned to them and that can be sustainably embedded within their existing structure. I work with senior executives to provide pragmatic and sustainable solutions for better people-management, whether it is a period of organisational change or where one needs to build management capacity to empower people and improve efficiency. I also provide day to day employee relations management advice.
