Our Mission: The City of Park Hills is dedicated to making our town the best possible place to live, work and raise a family. We are dedicated to meeting the citizens' needs which give us our direction and purpose. Park Hills is a third-class Missouri Municipal Corp. serving 8,655 residents. Commonly characterized as a St. Louis area Agurb, the city retains a strong sense of community and continually strives to improve the quality of place. Park Hills has long sustained a remarkably strong manufacturing workforce culture, with little influence from organized labor. The community values education very highly, having founded the second oldest community college in Missouri and having supported every local school bond issue balloted. The strong work ethic demonstrated by the Park Hills workforce has established a longstanding positive reputation for the city.
