With offices across Canada, the Workplace Fairness Institute has leading experts on workplace conflict management and offers media commentary, public addresses, research and analysis on contemporary workplace issues internationally. Marjorie Munroe and Michelle Phaneuf partnered in early 2015 under the umbrella of Workplace Fairness West to bring the expertise and concepts of Workplace Fairness to Alberta. Services include managing interpersonal conflict, addressing bullying and harassment, leading teams in conflict, learning and development, and ombuds services.
