The Workplace Fairness Institute provides people and organizations with fair, effective and sustainable solutions for preventing, resolving and managing workplace conflicts. The Workplace Fairness Institute launched the Workplace Fairness Ombuds Office in 2013 to provide independent, informal, confidential and impartial conflict resolution services for organizations such as the National Energy Board. With offices across Canada, the Workplace Fairness Institute has leading experts on workplace conflict management and offers media commentary, public addresses, research and analysis on contemporary workplace issues internationally. Marjorie Munroe and Michelle Phaneuf partnered in early 2015 under the umbrella of Workplace Fairness West to bring the expertise and concepts of Workplace Fairness to Alberta.
