The Canadian Family Health Counselling is a group of Counsellors located in East City Peterborough Ontario. Our Emotional Health Practitioners provide an advanced approach called Neural Network Therapy®. We provide counselling services for individuals, couples, and families. Our Practice began at St. Joseph’s Hospital in 1997 and we remain committed to this education-based model that generates lasting changes in behaviour. We believe that every form of counselling or therapy should be backed by science. We not only listen to you and your needs, we provide a holistic approach that includes practical tools and methods to boost mood, reduce anxiety, manage anger, break unwanted habits and develop strong, healthy relationships.
